Tonights crew was on point. Typically i bring a pillow and expect to take a nap before a waitress comes over to take my order, then watch my kids grow up and graduate college before I get my meal. Tonight was a happy exception. I sat down at the counter and was greeted by the waiter who asked my drink order. As he turned to get my water, the cook asked my order. By the time I was able to blog about the latest exploits of Kanye, my food was ready and drink in place. Seriously, this was a speed record. I paid as I was eating and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Bravo, Waffle House crew. Ill only eat here if I see tis crew working

We arrived around 4am and it was crowded and loud. We ended up having to sit at a dirty table and waited approximately 15 mins before someone came over. (She did however keep looking at us and hold up her finger as if to say "I'll be with you shortly"). There were people at a couple of table that were being vulgar and disgusting but the staff said nothing. We ended up have to yell our order at the waitress (literally yell it). The coffee was cold, and the orange juice at room temperature. The food was mediocre at best. Half of it was missing and the rest wasn't cooked properly. The waffle was served at room temperature so it didn't even melt the butter. Our waitress brought us syrup for the waffle and it was covered in syrup on the outside of the container. I know she saw it because when she set it down on the table, she said "eww" and wiped her hands on her apron. I definitely will not return.

There is a bounty going on and it's to anybody to PLEASE SHOOT ME if I ever get caught in here again. The prices are very cheap and the food is yay ok but that's about it. The waitress that I had gave a decent job at our eating session here but can quickly get overwhelmed because everybody decides to come in at the same time right after we ordered. Kind of hard to get the others to help out with something even though they'ved passed a table 3 times in one minute. It's 50 degrees outside and no matter what time of the year it is they always have the a/c on! Just look at the window frost from the inside the next time you drive by and want to come in, you are strongly advised to bring some kind of jacket or you will be on. Cleanliness, I woke up this morning hoping I did not catch any bag bug or food poison from there since you can pretty much start your survey from the front of the door and the slimy door handle to the crumb laden tables that were left from the previous diners (just move any of the condiments on the tables 2 inches left or right and you'll see what I'm talking about) to the restroom with the nose chunks blown all over the wall, to the 50 shades of pee yellow porcelain that could use a good scouring stick, and don't expect a paper towel to rescue you from opening the restroom door either, unlock the dang thing before you wash your hands. Who rates a Waffle House when they are all practically the same give or take a few points? I do because I think I've hit enough of them in my life time (around 10) and in lieu of that, all around I would give this a 6 out of 10 points on the Waffle House scale. Batteries not included. 24 hours is a good thing still.

Well, what can you say about a waffle house? This place appeared to have a regular crowd in the am and the coffee was great. My hotel breakfast was so bad I spent money to come here! The servers were great if you sit right by the cooking area and the food was good enough... my only dig on this place was the hygiene... or lack of. First visit the table was dirty and needed to be cleaned... second or third visit was the worst. It looked like a bomb went off in that place and it was a disaster. As they tried to clean it up you could see fighting, nasty attitudes and service was kinda stopped during that time. It seems someone or two were late and just about every dish had been used up in the place during the morning rush. I'm not germaphobe... so it's like "whatevs" to me... but, if you are concerned with germs, this may not be your place.

I can't believe I am giving Waffle House a 1-star but this place deserves it. Now I feel I judge fairly because I compare it to what a Waffle House should be, not what a Ruth's Chris should be. That being said this is the single worst Waffle House I have ever been to. The employees, other than one older than the other employees they call "Grandma", were extremely unprofessional. I mean joking around and dry-humping the cook, joking about unprofessional things so loud that anyone in the place could hear it as she was yelling it from one side of the place to the other. The main employee's name was Crystal who was doing this. To top it off, one of Crustal's friends opened her door into my car when I was leaving and denied it. I was literally sitting in my car and heard it, got out and looked and plane as day. I walked in and Crystal and friends just looked at me with "deer in the headlights" look as the girl denied it..and she looked right at me as she hit the car and I was sitting in it!! It didn't dent the car and I just wiped the red smudge off of my black car, and even though this isn't Waffle House or Crystal's fault, it just added insult to injury of the entire experience. Very unprofessional and dirty, they should spend more time cleaning and helping customers and less time hanging out with friends at work.

The worse part was the service. The waitress, who never gave a single smile or a single refill to our drinks, looked like she had just been told her life was over. She was rude in the sense that she didn't care at all about making it an enjoyable experience for us, or anyone. I didn't expect to get the meal 45 minutes after ordering it, and really didn't expect it to be incomplete. Why ask for the sausage you ordered if it took so long for the first part to be made? We were charged for the food we didn't get as well. Rather than argue about it, I just paid and left with the lowest tip I've ever paid of $3.92. I was very nice the entire time, yes ma'am no ma'am, please and thank you, but wasn't extended the same courtesy. I won't be back for a while, hopefully the staff will change soon. My experience was on Monday night, from 9:45p.m. to 10:45 p.m. on December 15th. Hopefully a boss will see this review and make some changes.

First time at Waffle House, didn't realize they allowed smoking but oh well had already made up my mind what I wanted to eat.. Waitress took my order, they had ran out of coffee gave me a half cup and my sweetie a full cup, again let it go... finally brought my order completely forgot my waffle, 5 mins later still no waffle, 10 mins later still no waffle we finished our breakfast and still waffle. waitress asked if everything was okay.. my response " my waffle would've been nice" he response, oh I'm sorry, do you still want it? I of course had to leave for work so, obvious answer was no.. then she asked do you want me to take it off the check?? which took her about 5 mins to subtract $2.00??? so as far as this place goes It really sucked!! maybe another Waffle house but never again will I go there...
